WordPress 5.0+, WooCommerce 4.0+, PHP 7.2+, an SSL certificate, and a publicly accessible site. An active Qualiphy account is needed for the provider network. WooCommerce Subscriptions is optional but recommended for recurring plans.
Your clinic is charged from $27.99 per completed consultation. You set the monthly charge for your patient and define your own margins on top of that. Quidget handles the transaction and you keep the difference. If a patient is declined, they're auto-refunded and you aren't charged.

Providers are on-call from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific, seven days a week. Times shown here auto-adjust to your timezone. Most consultations are picked up within minutes. Orders placed outside these hours queue for the next available window, and patients receive a branded confirmation letting them know when to expect the review.
The patient is prompted to restart the session. You can also re-send a consultation invite directly from your admin dashboard, without them having to re-order. Their original order stays intact throughout.
