No payment gatewayInvites fire on payment confirmation. Verify a gateway is active in WooCommerce → Settings → Payments.
CachingExclude /checkout/ and /my-account/ from cache. Aggressive caching breaks the checkout handoff.
Free exam misconfiguredFree consultations must use "Free Instant Checkout" during import, not a $0 paid product.
Product not linked to a consultationOnly products imported or linked through Qualiphy → Consultations trigger invites — a look-alike product created by hand won't. Check the Qualiphy column on the WooCommerce Products list: linked products show a "Linked" badge.
