Stripe account reviews and verification requests

Stripe's terms of service restrict certain regulated business categories, including pharmaceutical sales, and its risk review can place telehealth stores in that category. Clinics running Quidget on Stripe have encountered verification requests, temporary holds on funds, and in some cases declined service. These reviews and their outcomes are determined entirely by Stripe under its own policies — we aren't able to advise on or influence them, and any requests should be handled directly through your Stripe dashboard.

If Stripe's review process creates friction for your business, WooCommerce integrates with many other payment processors — including providers that explicitly support telehealth and healthcare merchants. Gateways are managed under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments, and changing your gateway does not affect your Quidget configuration.
