Importing consultations as WooCommerce products

Every consultation you sell starts in Qualiphy → Consultations. The grid shows every consultation available to your clinic, synced from your Qualiphy account — search it, filter by All / Rx / GFE / Urgent, and toggle Hide linked to see what hasn’t been imported yet. Click Refresh to re-sync the list.

Importing a consultation

Click a consultation and the import wizard walks you through the product details:

• The patient-facing price — pre-filled using your Default Price Margin
• The Return Fee kept if a visit is deferred
• One-time vs. subscription
• For Rx consultations, which pharmacy should fulfill the product

Publish, and the consultation is live as a WooCommerce product.

Creating vs. linking

Importing creates a new WooCommerce product linked to the consultation. If you already have a product you’d rather use, link it to the consultation instead of creating a duplicate — the link is what makes checkout trigger the telehealth flow. Linked products show a Linked badge in the Qualiphy column of the Products list, and the “Consultations Linked to Products” sidebar shows everything that’s connected.

After import

You can rename, restyle, and re-price the product freely — the Qualiphy link is metadata on the product. To review a product’s setup later, open it and check the Qualiphy tab: it shows the linked exam, Rx type, and fulfilling pharmacy.

Before going live, run a test order yourself to confirm the checkout and consultation flow end to end.
