How the Default Price Margin works
Auto-fills the patient-facing price during product import. Default 10%, so if Qualiphy cost is $28, patient price pre-fills to $30.80. You can override on a per-product basis.
The margin only applies at import time — see Setting and updating your prices for changing prices afterwards.
