What the plugin sends: on the Qualiphy → Settings page, the Email Notifications panel lets you add email addresses (multiple staff addresses supported) that receive notifications about changes to consultations, packages, pharmacies, and other updates. Invite failures also generate admin alerts with error details, and every status change is written to the WooCommerce order notes — so the order timeline doubles as your audit trail.
