Overview of the Quidget settings page
Everything configurable lives on one page: Qualiphy → Settings. The video above walks through personalizing the plugin for your practice; here's a map of what's where.
Main sections
- General Settings — enable/disable the plugin, plus an Advanced Settings toggle that reveals additional options across all sections
- Checkout Settings — Auto Send and Auto Launch, launch mode and delay, and auto refund and retained fee
- Product Settings — Default Price Margin, questionnaire and checkout-redirect behavior
- Branding and Style Settings — logos, accent colors, and questionnaire styling
- Language settings — every patient-facing string
- Location Settings — shown when the Locations add-on is enabled
Sidebar panels
- Redirects — send patients to destinations of your choice after approved, rejected, not-available, or missed consultations
- Email Notifications — staff addresses for consultation, package, and pharmacy updates
- Service Area — the states your clinic serves
- User Settings — patient order access
- API Key — your clinic's connection to Qualiphy
If you can't find a setting, enable Advanced Settings under General — several options only appear with it on.
