How do I reset the plugin?
On the WordPress Plugins page, find Qualiphy and click its Uninstall link — a confirmation modal walks you through removal. Reinstall and activate afterwards, and the setup wizard starts fresh.
This removes the plugin's local dataUninstalling deletes the plugin's data on your site — imported consultation products, settings, and pharmacy routing. Your Qualiphy account itself (exams, patients, account data) lives in the Qualiphy cloud and is unaffected; after reconnecting your API key you can re-sync and re-import.
