Setting and updating your prices

Two prices exist for every consultation product. Your cost — from $27.99 per completed consultation — is set by your Qualiphy agreement, not in the plugin. The patient price is the WooCommerce product price, and it’s fully yours to set: you keep the difference.

Changing a price after import

Go to Products, edit the consultation product, and set the Regular price under Product data → General (for subscription products, edit the recurring price). Click Update — the change applies immediately.

Why the margin doesn’t change existing products

The Default Price Margin only pre-fills the suggested price during product import. Products you’ve already imported keep their prices until you edit them directly on the product.
