Popup vs. Redirect launch modes

Popup shows a branded modal with the meeting link, a QR code to switch devices, and a dismiss option. Redirect counts down then sends the patient to the meeting URL. Configure the Consultation Launch Mode in the Checkout Settings section of Qualiphy → Settings.

Popup is the default, with a configurable delay (about 3 seconds) after checkout. The launch modal also covers the practical details for patients: a camera-required note, a QR code to switch devices, and an emailed link as a fallback.
