Setting your service area

Coverage spans 48 states plus D.C. (Alabama and Mississippi are excluded). Configure which states your clinic serves in the Service Area panel on the Qualiphy → Settings page — click Edit to change your states.

The setting is site-wide — it applies to every consultation product, not per product. Individual consultations can additionally be limited by their own state availability on the Qualiphy side, providers are matched by the patient's state, and each Rx product's assigned pharmacy has its own state coverage.

Shoppers outside your service area can't purchase and see the message "This telehealth visit is currently not available in your area" — the wording is editable in the plugin's language settings.
