Controlling who can view patient orders
Patient order details are restricted: only users granted Patient Order Access can see orders tied to patients. Manage this in the User Settings panel on the Qualiphy → Settings page — click Edit and choose which users have access.
Access can be granted to management-level WordPress users (administrators, shop managers, editors, and authors). The admin who runs the setup wizard gets access automatically.
